Some markers come back the next day, others take up to a week, depending on Quest or Labcorp. Results get emailed as they come in, with a final PDF once everything is back.

How are these so cheap, and do you make money?
We buy these labs from a shared B2B platform at a bulk rate.This lets us price the labs at the actual test cost plus a small fee.Each order carries a small margin that pays for the backend platform fee.
Do I pay anything at the lab?
No. You pay once here and nothing at the lab.Your purchase includes the order and the blood draw.
How long is my lab order good for?
12 months. Your requisition is valid for a full year from the day it's issued.So there's no rush to get to the lab. Buy today, walk in whenever you're ready.It also means you can stock up. Order four panels now and you're set for a year of quarterly testing.And if lab prices go up next year, it won't matter. Your order is already paid for at today's price.
How fast do results come back?
Most markers come back within about a week, each one as it completes.A couple run longer, because Estradiol (ultrasensitive) and IGF-1 are processed at a separate specialty lab and can take up to about two weeks.Those turnaround windows come from Quest or Labcorp and are reported back to Dirt Cheap Labs.Every marker shows up in the same report as it posts, so there's nothing you need to do.
Do I need an account?
No. Your requisition and results are emailed either way.An account just keeps it all in one place.
Is there a discount for new customers?

Do I get a requisition form to bring to the lab?
Yes. Your requisition form is emailed right after you order.Bring it to any Quest or Labcorp, get your blood drawn, no doctor or appointment needed.
Where do I get my blood drawn?
Walk into the lab named on your requisition. No appointment needed, but one is recommended.Bring your ID and make sure it matches the name and date of birth on your order.
Do I need to prep before my draw?
Fast for 8 to 12 hours if any of your tests call for it, though water is always fine.If you take biotin or a B-complex, stop it about 3 days before your draw, since biotin can throw off your thyroid and hormone results.And if you are testing hormones, try to go in the morning, when your levels naturally run highest.
Do I need a doctor to write the order?
No. The order already includes the physician authorization.The only drive you have to make is to the lab for the blood draw.
Can I cancel or get a refund?
Yes. Cancel any time before your blood draw.The order goes to the lab as soon as payment clears.The fee paid to place it can't be refunded after that.Cancel before the draw and you get a refund minus that fee.It usually runs $20 to $50, based on the number of tests.Once blood is drawn, the order is final and can't be refunded.To cancel, email [email protected] with your order number.
